How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You have the right to request that VAYDIN PARTNERS INVESTMENTS - FZCO ("Vaydin") delete personal data we hold about you.
To submit a request:
- Send an email to hello@vaydin.agency
- Use the subject line:
Data Deletion Request - Include the contact details (such as phone number or email address) associated with your data so that we can locate it
We may follow up to verify your identity before proceeding, to protect your data from unauthorised deletion requests.
What We Will Delete
Upon a valid request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Contact information
- Communication and message history
- Any business information you have provided to us
What We May Retain
We may retain certain limited information where we are required or permitted to do so by law, including:
- Financial, tax, or accounting records, for the period required by applicable law
- Information necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations
- Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you
Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Timeline
We will complete your deletion request within thirty (30) days of confirming your identity, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law. In such cases, we will inform you of the expected timeframe.
Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address from which the request was made.
